Amer Rustom
Since 1984 when he co-founded the Platinum Group, Mr. Amer Rustom
has successfully guided the many diverse business units of the Group
and has been instrumental in the creation of The Platinum Group
USA, Inc. as the operational platform for today’s many business
ventures. He has successfully developed strong ties with many of
the Middle East and North African leaders and country officials
as well as the local and international business communities. Educated
in Europe, Mr. Rustom is multi-lingual.

President
Robert R. Donofrio
With over 35 years of successful senior management experience in
both public and private companies, he has combined participation
in a number of successful public companies. He was co-founder of
a public company that was the first Chinese Fast Service Restaurant
in 1976 called Charlie Chan. He expanded the company to more than
60 locations, with more than 3,000 employees before selling his
interest. Mr. Donofrio is founder and Chairman of a company associated
with chemicals operating in over 60 cities and 3 states in the southern
United States. Mr. Donofrio brings considerable management and operational
experience. Mr. Donofrio attended Youngstown State University where
he majored in Business Administration.

Officer and Vice President
Azzam Rustom
A co-founder of the Platinum Group in 1984, Mr. Azzam Rustom has
been instrumental in the growth and success of the many diverse
business interests of the Group. An innovative visionary, he has
been the “key man” in the formation of new international
business ventures with emphasis on telecommunications. Educated
in Europe, Mr. Rustom is multi-lingual.
Chief Geophysicist and Vice President
Gene Ackerman
Mr. Ackerman began his career as a Geophysicist with Shell. His
career with Shell started in onshore operations in the states of
Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama before moving to the offshore
Gulf of Mexico. He was then relocated to Shell – Canada to
explore for oil and gas above the Artic Circle. He moved to the
foreign division and while working for this group, his main responsibility
was the startup of exploration ventures in foreign countries including;
South East Asia, South America and West Africa. He helped to start
Tomlinson Geophysical, Inc. (predecessor to TGS-Norpec). He was
hired as Vice President of Exploration and left as Chairman. He
is currently President of Ackerman & Associates, Inc. he is
involved in oil exploration, data sales, prospect evaluation, overrides,
market surveys and advisor to oil companies of all sizes. Mr. Ackerman
received his Master of Science degree from The University of Oklahoma.
Chief CEO Energy and Technology
Mr. Michael G. Dodds
Mr. Michael G. Dodds brings integrity and years of experience to the Platinum Petroleum team.
He is a California based businessman committed to pragmatic ecologic integrity. He coordinates
equity investor relatioships and key strategic partners globally fron an established international
network of technology companies and financial partners.
Mr. Dodds has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker for over 40 years specializing in land
acquisitions and dispositions with extensive experience laying out strategic alliances with energy
companies. As president of American Mining Technology, Mr. Dodds has very close established
relatioships at the world renowned Colorado School of Mines.
As president of Berman Development, a leading land acquisition company, Mr. Dodds was fortunate to
partner with legenday businessman, Jules Berman. He also worked with Mr. Berman's very close friend,
Armand Hammer, the Founder of Occidental Petroleum whose personal relatioship was invaluable. As
president of Berman Development, Mr. Dodds negotiated the acquisition of a 9,300 acre parcel of Getty
Oil holdings working directly with Getty's President. At that time Texaco acquired Getty Oil and Mr.
Dodds facilitated the sale of several large real estate parcels including a 3,600 acre oceanfront site
sold to Taxaco for a proposed refinery and offloading facility.
In addition, more of his operative work in the oil industry was with Moreland Development, the real
estate division of Unical (Union 76) doing acquistions and dispositions. He also worked directly with
Christiana Oil, the owner and developer of Huntington Harbor in Huntington Beach, California.
Mr. Dodds experience in the oil industry has included many of the acquistions and dispositions of
Kaiser-Aetna's real estate holdings as well.
Mr. Dodds played a key role when Tenneco Oil Co. made its all important acquisitions of Kern County
Company for its vast oil reserves in Bakersfield/Taft field. As General Manager of its extraordinarily
successful significant holding, he subsequently facilitated many land dispositions for Tenneco.
Oil and Gas acquisitions and opportunities are Mr. Dodds' forte.
Chief CEO International Petroleum Business Development
Prakash R. Saith
Mr. Saith received awards both locally and internationally including one for
being "Instrumental in the Development and Management of the World Renowned and
Successful Point Lisas Industrial Estate in Trinidad and Tobago".
Was commissioned by 2 African Governments in 2008 and has completed 2 books which
details all the steps required (including infrastructure, utilities, marine
facilities and business development) to allow countries to monetize newly discovered
gas reserves.
Mr. Saith has 35 years of experience in construction, project management and
contract administration of large civil engineering, infrastructure, building and
energy-intensive projects. He has 25 years of experience in international negotiations
with investors, engineers and contractors to facilitate the establishment of several
world scale petrochemical and energy-intensive plants.
Mr. Saith also has 25 years of experience in the construction, management and operation
(to meet international standards) of marine assests which service twenty-five world
scale petrochemical and steel plants. Made numerous presentations to several world wide
audiences on many topics including: Successful Business Development Model for Gas Based Industries
and Successful Management of large Engineering and Infrastructure Projects.
